  “Well, I’m not a scientist or anything, but I’m going to assume once your dad finds out shit’s going to hit the fan….” There was pregnant pause, and a part of me was annoyed with Bridget, since I knew she was partially right.

  “Maybe, but I think there might be something going on between him and his assistant, which wouldn’t be much different than Jameson and I….” I tapped my fingers against the couch aimlessly, my mind trying to devise some type of way to break the news to him.

  “So, you’re going to play the You’re doing it, so why can’t I card?” I could practically see the smile pulling at her lips.

  “I… I think I am. Jameson and I have only had sex once, but I don’t plan on letting it end at that. I want more…. And this might be the only way to get more…” I took a swig from the glass of wine I had poured earlier, letting the idea sink in.
